President

Aristea Angelakis (SAR ‘25) is a senior majoring in Health Science and minoring in Public Relations. This is her third year in BU PRSSA, where she also was the Member Services Coordinator and Media Relations Co-Director for UnleashedPR. Her interests lie in health communication and public health, where she is passionate about improving community health with communication.

Vice President
Karolina is a senior majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. As Vice President of PRSSA, Karolina is excited to blend her love for creative communication with entrepreneurial thinking. She is originally from Chicago and is an avid ice cream connoisseur, always on the lookout for the next great flavor. She is passionate about using her PR skills to make a real impact and help the chapter thrive!
Programing Coordinator
Makenzie Rogers (she/her COM '26) is from Shreveport, LA and is a third year Public Relations major. She is currently the Social Media Manager at the Social Butterfly Advertising & Design, LLC. In the future, she sees herself working as a publicist in the entertainment industry. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and going to concerts.

Cheryl Lai (COM '24) is a junior, double majoring in Public Relations and Religion. Hailing from Hong Kong, she enjoys seeing how PR works under different cultural contexts here in the U.S. Outside of BUPRSSA, Cheryl is Co-president of a capella group One Voice and a DJ on WTBU's All Too Unwell

Public Relations Coordinator

Liza Berdykulova (she/her, COM ‘27) is a sophomore studying Public Relations with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Liza has been an active member of BUPRSSA since Fall 2024. With aspirations of working in the corporate PR sector, she balances her studies with a variety of hobbies, including painting, skiing, baking, and enjoying music and movies.

Tejiri Ogufere (she/her, COM’25) is studying Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration. She is from Atlanta, Georgia. Tejiri has been a member of PRSSA since Fall of 2023 and took the position of Financial Coordinator in Spring of 2024. Outside of PRSSA, Tejiri enjoys traveling, watching movies, reading, and playing piano.
Co-Agency Director
Sophia Featherstone (COM ‘25), originally from Syracuse, New York, is a senior studying public relations with a minor in sociology. She has been an active member of PRSSA and UnleashedPR since fall 2023 and currently serves as the Co-Agency Director and Co-President of Unleashed, overseeing all logistics of the agency as well as leading executive board meetings. Featherstone’s diverse experiences across many different industries have taught her what to do in various situations. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and watching various reality television shows.

Co-Agency Director
Alexandra Gregoriou (COM ‘25), originally from Athens, Greece, is a senior studying Public Relations with a minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. She has been an active member of PRSSA since Fall 2022 and currently serves as the Co-President of Unleashed PR, managing various aspects of agency operations. Her diverse experiences across the start-up, renewable energy, and hospitality industries allow her to apply her skills in various situations. Outside of class, Alexandra enjoys trying new activities, reading, and traveling. ​

DEI & Belonging Chair

Tracianna (Traci) Walcott is a sophomore from Englewood, New Jersey studying Public Relations. Traci Joined BUPRSSA in the fall of 2023. DEI is important to Traci because of the way it allows for a more welcoming and inviting space for people from various backgrounds. She loves exploring Boston, finding new places to eat, and creating content on social media. Shes excited to implement new DEI initiatives and events with PRSSA this year.

Wendy Wei (she/her, COM '27) is a sophomore from Brooklyn, NY studying Public Relations. Wendy has been a member of PRSSA since fall 2024. She was a Public Relations Chair for BUASU (Spring’24-Fall’24), and she also interned at Bloomberg Philanthropies as Arts MentorIntern Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition. In her free time, Wendy likes to go to cafes and concerts.

Faculty Advisor
Professor Monique Kelley is an Associate Professor of the practice of strategic communications. She is a purpose-driven strategic communications professional with 20+ years of experience spanning across three sectors: corporate, agency and academia. She found her own consultancy, Monique Kelley Consulting. Prior to that, Monique served on the Senior Leadership Team at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, overseeing internal and external communications for the U.S. Neuroscience Business Unit, Commercial Operations team and Chief Operations Officer. She infuses industry best practices and a customer-centric mindset from her time as a client experience leader (CXL) on the PR agency side with Weber Shandwick. During her agency career, Monique partnered with several global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies that provide treatments for serious medical conditions in various categories. She is a proud BU and BU PRSSA E-Board alum.
